Dr. Suhas Patil
Dr. Patil is founder and chairman emeritus of Cirrus Logic Inc. Cirrus Logic grew out of Patil Systems, a Salt Lake City-based startup Patil founded in 1981. Prior to Patil Systems, he was an associate professor of computer science at the University of Utah where he started the VLSI group and worked on design methodology for complex integrated circuits. From 1970 until 1975, Patil was assistant professor of electrical engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Patil has a B. Tech (Honors) in electronics and electrical communications from Indian Institute of Technology in 1965, an MSEE from MIT in 1967, the doctor of science (EE) from MIT in 1970, and an honorary doctor of science degree from Indian Institute of Technology in 1995. He is also on the board of Cirrus Logic, RightWorks, and Aspirian, Inc. He has received numerous awards and recognition and is also the recipient of several patents in the field of integrated circuits. A long-time educator, and a passionate believer in new and innovative learning technologies, Dr. Patil has been closely involved with the company since inception both as a mentor and as an investor.
William A. Hasler, Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer, Aphton Corporation
Mr. Hasler has served as dean of the Haas School of Business since August 1991. He was formerly vice chairman and a director of KPMG Peat Marwick, where he was responsible for the firm's worldwide consulting practice. Mr. Hasler held several positions within the firm's East and West Coast locations.

Mr. Hasler serves as a member of the board of directors of several other corporations, including Aphton Corporation, Solectron, TCSI and Walker Interactive. He is a public governor of the Pacific Stock Exchange and a member of the Advisory Board of the Critical Technologies Institute, a Congressionally mandated advisor to the President's Office of Science and Technology. Mr. Hasler is a 1963 graduate of Pomona College and earned his MBA at the Harvard Business School in 1967.
Dr. Levy Gerzberg, Co-Founder, President, CEO, Zoran Corporation
Prior to co-founding Zoran Corporation, Dr. Gerzberg served as Associate Director of Stanford University's Electronics Laboratory. Dr. Gerzberg has over 25 years experience in the high technology industry in areas related to ICs, software, and systems utilizing digital signal processing for use in communications, consumer electronics and PC markets. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, an M.S. in Medical Electronics, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.
